Welcome to Fret & Bow. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access our shop, use our website, or commission our repair services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Provisions
All prices listed for instruments and services are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices and availability of items without prior notice. Our primary commitment is to accurately represent the condition of all our inventory, particularly our curated selection of used and vintage instruments.
2. Instrument Sales
Our shop offers both new and used musical instruments. Used items are sold strictly as described. We encourage all customers to inspect the items fully before purchase. We guarantee that every instrument is evaluated and set up by our technicians prior to sale, ensuring playability and structural integrity.
3. Repair & Setup Services
When you leave an instrument with us for repair or a professional setup, we will provide an initial estimate. Should the scope of the required work change significantly upon closer inspection, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues that become evident during routine maintenance.
4. Returns & Guarantees
If you are not entirely satisfied with your newly purchased instrument, you may return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition. Vintage and consignment items may be subject to a different return policy, which will be explicitly detailed at the time of sale. Repair work is guaranteed for a period of 30 days under normal playing conditions.
